One of our past athletes came to us with a fire in his eyes. He was starting from absolutely nothing, how so? He was recovering from a broken back with everyone doubting him.

He ran a terrible 40-yard dash of 5.99 as a defensive back, had tight hips, and would fumble the ball when catching. But even with all odds stacked against him, he still had that unextinguishable fire & belief in himself.

We understood that simple footwork drills wouldn't be enough, we had to create a foundation & build him into a powerful athlete. From his position work & ability to guard any receiver that stands before him to having the strength to generate power into the ground to become explosive on the field.

 He earned a starting spot on his varsity team, got offered a college scholarship, and is currently playing Division 1 football.
